I've been tagged

I've been tagged a few times so I will finally tell the six weird things about me.

#1. I hate doing dishes, I will clean my house spotless, but will still have a sink of dishes to do.

#2. I am very picky with my clothing and how it fits.

#3. I crave exercising. If I miss a day or two at the gym I go through withdrawals.

#4. I would rather spend money on my kids before myself.

#5. I am kind of needy. I don't know what I would do without my Hubie.

#6. I will always fall asleep watching a movie at home.

That was kind oh hard for me to do, I think I am just a weird person. I hope you learned a few new things about me.

Cambrees first day of school

Cambree started school on August 25th 2008 and she loves it. I thought we would be busier but for the first time since I have had kids we have had a routine, it has been forced upon us.We walk Cambree to school and when we get home Chloee gets to spend some good time alone with me and Liam naps then we walk and pick Cambree up (I hope the walking pays off, it is quite the incline pushing a full double stroller). When Cambree gets home she does her homework and then we all sit down and read for 20 min together, so far it has been great. All three kids go to bed at 8:00 and they get right up in the morning. I wish I would have been a more disciplined mom and had stuck to a routine from the beginning.
So far Cambree has had a back to school night where we got to meet her teacher and see what she will be doing this year in school. She has brought home book order, fundraisers, and of course her homework folder. I really like her teacher and have been really impressed by the Alpine School District. I can't believe how fast she has grown up, Cambree is such a great sister and a wonderful helper. Me as her mother I need to let the leash out a little bit more now that she wants to be a little more independent.

Cambree's First day of school.

Cambree is already distracted

Cambree was so excited

This kids were so cute when they lined up and walked into class all by themselves. Cambree did so well she said good bye gave me a hug and she was gone.

The school district has a strict pick up policy which I don't mind. If you pick up your child you need to meet them by the flag pole give your teacher a high five so the teacher sees who the child is leaving with. I am sure all schools are the same, but this is new to me.

The 4th of July

The 4th of July is one of our favorite holidays, just like all the others we get to juggle both families. We don't mind the chaos and all the running around, we actually have gotten really good at making sure we get to spend the same amount of time with each family. This year we spent the morning and afternoon with Matts family, we had breakfast at Bill and Pats and swam all day long. Matt and the girls got a lot of sun, they had sun kissed cheeks and Matt had a sore back. Thanks to Valerie we got these pictures, Thank you Val I will get you a cd soon. This was how much fun everyone had.

Matt and Liam oh so cute

Brian, Keven, Matt and Curt thought they were kids again
Bill had to fill the pool up after they were done. They had fun and that is what counts

Thanks Val for the great pictures

In the evening we went swimming again with my family then we went to Murray park had dinner and watched the kids play and watched fireworks. I think Murray puts on a really good firework shoe and the traffics is not bad at all Murray City does a really good job.

Thanks Nana for taking us swimming at your pool. Lets do it again soon!

June was a crazy month

June was a crazy month, as you all know we were renting Bill and Pats house which was a great opportunity for us it help us out a lot. Matt and I felt like it was our time to move on, we could have stayed but after we prayed about it we knew we had to move. After searching and searching we could not find anything is Salt Lake County, we were about to move out to Riverton to be closer to my parents and Matt parents. I even enrolled Cambree into kindergarten. But after I left the elemenrty school I felt so uneasy about it I started to question the move. So I began the search again and I found my self in Lehi, I found a condo that me and the girls really liked, but as you know rental properties can be beaten up. So I continues looking and found another condo it the same complex, and here we are in Lehi and we LOVE it. It is really quite it here and it feels like we live in the country but we are still close to everything and family. Since we have been out here we had a fox run out in front of us, we saw a buck, and just last night on our way up the stairs we saw a bunny.

I am getting so good at useing my camra I was able to get this picture

It has been a long time since I have added anything to my blog, so I am going back a few months to get you all caught up with all that has been going on in our family.

Starting on May 16th Cambree had her preschool graduation which was really cute, I can't believe all the work that went into this graduation. Cambree went to Jacquies preschool we loved it so much. It was in Taylorsville out where we used to live, Cambree made some great friends and the teachers were awsome!! I would totally recommend Jacques Preschool to anyone, I would send Chloee there but the commute from Lehi would be a little too much. Here are some pictures of Cambree at her graduation.

Our Graduate

This is Porter and Cambree

Porter wants to Marry Cambree when they grow up.

Matt and I were so proud of our graduate

We made it a special day for her.

It was really funny at the end of the program when Mrs. Jacquie gave each student there diploma, she asked the child what they wanted to be when they grow up. Some of the kids wanted to be a Police man or a Doctor, Lawyer, Teacher, Mom. I was sure Cambree was going to say a Princess, but oh NO she had to be different, her answer was a WITCH!! Well I guess she could even be a comedian because she made everyone laugh, and to make it even better she was the very last person, so that means everyone will remember that Cambree wants to be a witch when she grows up, just like her mom.

Cambree fist offical hair cut

I finally did it! Cambree has wanted her hair cut and after thinking about if for a month or so I took her to my hair dresser. We cut off about six inches and we love it. Cambree’s hair is so much easier to do and her curl is back!! She was so good she sat very still and even let Suzanne wash her hair, that is something Chloee has not done yet. Cambree says she never wants her hair long again. Oh yes it will, if I have any say in it.

We just celebrated Liams first birthday on April 26th, 2008. I can't believe it has already been a year. Liams theme was tonka trucks or construction. We played a game similar to pin the tail on the donkey, but it was called post the sign in the construction zone. It was really fun and the kids really enjoyed it. I made Liams personal cake it was the tonka truck dirt cake, it was really simple since all I had to do was make the cake and pudding. Liam really liked getting dirty, I hope he doesn't think that all tonka trucks have cake in the dump trucks. We wanted to thank everyone who came to our party, I know you all have busy schedules and have different things going on, but it really means allot to us that you take a little time out of your busy schedules to help us celebrate. Hope to see you all soon.

We may not have it all together, but together we have it all
